Description: 很多网站都有显示QQ在线功能，但是每次都要连接腾讯网站，如果腾讯这台服务器速度稍有影响，就会影响你的网站打开速度。有时甚至出现图标显不出来，显示一个个X，很影响美观。
这个控件利用缓存功能，大大降低了腾讯的影响率，并且如果连接不上腾讯服务器，也不会显示X。
使用方法：QQOnlineControl 控件中一个属性QQ，直接把在显示状态的QQ号赋值。多个用 号隔开。
